RCS seeks to raise $100,000 during the 2021 Roanoke Valley Gives Day for these 3 priorities
  1. Tuition Assistance: A solid Catholic education provides a foundation for success for children that will provide returns throughout his or her life. That is why so many families sacrifice to put their children in Catholic schools. We currently have 371 students and 82% receive tuition assistance. We appreciate your support in helping educate our outstanding students.
  2. Music Program: Band can be a rewarding and even life-changing experience. Sadly, COVID has prevented our students from playing their traditional instruments in class. To ensure our children can have the “band” experience, we are creating a steel pan orchestra. We need your financial support to purchase the steel pans and auxiliary percussion. Please visit our website at https://roanokecatholicbands.com to learn more about our program.
  3. Athletic Department: We need your support as we secure financing for the building and development of athletic fields for the future growth and current needs of our school community. Having our own athletic space and green space will save us from renting field space from Roanoke County and Roanoke City. We need our own space and the students deserve their own athletic fields. We want students to have the same good experience in their extracurricular experience as they have in the classroom.
