     Monday, August 30: Chicken and cheese quesadillas; Cut corn; Spanish rice; Dessert
     Tuesday, August 31: Roast beef; Scalloped potatoes; Mixed veggies; Roll
     Wednesday, September 1: Sloppy Joes; French fries; Green beans; Sliced peaches
     Thursday, September 2: Baked Alfredo; Tossed salad; Garlic toast; Dessert
     Friday, September 3: Baked salmon; Roasted garlic mashed potatoes; Steamed veggies
