Erin Levering was born and raised in Roanoke, VA. She graduated from Cave Spring High School and went on to earn a B.S. in Mathematics with Education Option at Virginia Tech. She also completed her Master of Arts in Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction (Math Education) at Virginia Tech.
Erin and her husband, Chris, have a son, Joshua, who is in second grade this year. Their daughter, Kayleigh, is in kindergarten. Erin also has two dogs, Ellie Mae, a black lab and pit bull mix, and Harley, a border collie mix.
Erin taught for eight years at the Roanoke Valley Governor’s School for Science and Technology and for six years at North Cross School. She has taught all levels of math from Algebra through BC Calculus. She will be teaching Calculus 1 and Calculus 2 at Roanoke Catholic.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys sports, running, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
